Estate-Agent Viewing Glasses
A phone-and-glasses assistant for estate agents on viewings. It describes rooms, works through a viewing checklist and drafts your notes hands-free using live vision, so you leave the viewing with the write-up already done.

The problem
An agent runs a viewing with a clipboard, then rebuilds the notes from memory hours later and loses the detail that sells.
What you get
Ray-Ban Meta glasses for estate agents: point the camera at a room and the assistant describes it, gives an honest in-person viewing checklist, and drafts your viewing notes. Try the working web companion now — no login. Assistive notes, not a survey.
One email when it opens. No newsletter, no sharing.
