Pocket Business OS

The founder console engine: ranked command briefs, phone-to-worker dispatch with evidence echoed back, critical alerts pushed the moment they matter, and a self-healing detect-fix-verify loop running underneath — the business, run from a phone.

Positioning

A founder cannot run the business from their phone. Everything that needs a decision — a task to assign, an alert to act on, a problem that needs checking — queues until they're back at a laptop, and by then the moment to act on it has usually passed. Pocket Business OS is built on the opposite premise: rank everything that needs a founder's attention into one feed, let them act on it with one tap from wherever they are, and have the system echo back the evidence that the action actually happened.

What it does

Four parts of the console

01
Ranked command briefs
Everything that needs a founder's decision — across every part of the business — ranked into one feed instead of scattered across email, Slack and a dozen dashboards.
02
Phone-to-worker dispatch
A tap on the brief dispatches the instruction to whoever — human or agent — owns the work, and the evidence that it was done is echoed straight back to the founder.
03
Critical push
Whatever genuinely cannot wait reaches the founder as a push notification the moment it happens, instead of sitting in the ranked feed with everything else.
04
Detect-fix-verify loop
Runs underneath the console continuously — detecting a problem, proposing or applying the fix, then verifying it actually worked, before it ever needs to reach the founder as a brief.

Outcomes

Scoped against what a founder currently does by checking five different places, or doesn't do at all until it's urgent:

The morning spent triaging inboxes
One ranked feed instead of email, Slack, a dashboard and a spreadsheet checked separately every morning.
The task that gets assigned then never followed up
Dispatch with evidence echoed back closes the loop automatically, instead of the founder having to chase whether it happened.
The problem that waits until the founder is at a laptop
Critical alerts reach them immediately, and routine ones are already being fixed and verified before they're even seen.

How it works

Data in
Every connected part of the business — tasks, alerts, agent output — feeds the ranking engine that builds the founder's brief.
Agents rank and dispatch
Items are ranked by urgency and impact, then dispatched to the right worker — human or agent — with the instruction attached.
A human approves
Anything that commits money, sends externally or changes something irreversible stays a founder decision — the console ranks and dispatches, it doesn't decide on the founder's behalf.
Evidence is echoed back
Every dispatched action reports back what actually happened, so the founder's feed shows outcomes, not just tasks sent.

Proof

Pocket Business OS is the productised version of the founder console already running as MAYA Portal — "the business in your pocket: MAYA ranks everything, you decide with one tap." That console is the proof of concept the wider waiting-list product is built from.

Who it's for

Founders and owner-operators running a business with more moving parts than they can personally track from a desk — who need the decisions that matter to reach them wherever they are, and the ones that don't to be handled without reaching them at all.

FAQs

Does the console make decisions on my behalf?
No. It ranks, dispatches and reports back. Anything irreversible, external or financial stays a founder decision — the console's job is to make sure the right decision reaches the right person at the right time, not to make it for them.
Who sees my business data?
Only the founder and whoever they dispatch work to. The console runs on ATTOH.tech's own data layer; nothing is shared externally.
What does the self-healing loop actually fix?
Detectable, verifiable operational issues — the kind a founder would otherwise have to notice, diagnose and check themselves. It proposes or applies a fix, then verifies the fix worked, before it's ever surfaced as something needing attention.
How does onboarding work?
Join the waiting list below. Onboarding connects the parts of the business the founder wants ranked into the console first, and sets up the dispatch targets — the people and agents who receive the work.
Is this the same as MAYA Portal?
Pocket Business OS is the productised version of the same founder console already running under MAYA Portal — same engine, packaged for a wider founder audience beyond the original build.
