Construction OS

Instant quote, lead capture, BOQ pricing against a 161-element rate card, a live UK construction tender feed, tender-to-supplier matching, CIS subcontractor compliance, job CRM, WhatsApp job updates and reputation management — one platform for UK builders, in place of four systems that never join up.

Positioning

A builder prices a job in one tool, finds the tender in another, checks CIS status on a subcontractor by phone or by memory, and runs the job itself on a WhatsApp thread and a whiteboard. None of it reconciles: the rate used to price the job doesn't feed the tender response, the tender doesn't feed the subcontractor booked to do the work, and the job update sent to a customer over WhatsApp doesn't land anywhere the office can see later. Construction OS keeps quote, tender, compliance and job management against the same job record, so pricing a job and running it are the same system instead of four.

What it does

From quote to reputation, one job record

01
Instant quote & BOQ pricing
Prices a bill of quantities against a 161-element rate card, with low/mid/high ranges, live today on the BOQ Pricer — the rates sharpen as real supplier quotes land.
02
Live tender feed
Surfaces UK construction tenders as they're published and matches them to the suppliers a builder actually works with, instead of a builder trawling tender portals separately.
03
CIS compliance
Tracks subcontractor CIS status against the job, so a builder isn't confirming compliance from memory or a filing cabinet before work starts.
04
Job CRM & WhatsApp updates
Runs the job against one customer record, with WhatsApp job updates and reputation management landing in the same place the quote and the tender started.

Outcomes

Scoped against the roles and the systems a growing building firm otherwise juggles:

The estimator pricing from memory
A rate card behind every quote, sharpened by real supplier quotes rather than a gut-feel margin.
The office checking CIS status by phone
Subcontractor compliance tracked against the job automatically, not confirmed call by call.
The WhatsApp thread the office can't see
Job updates land against the customer record the office already has, not a phone that leaves with whoever's holding it.

How it works

Data in
The job's bill of quantities, the tender feed and each subcontractor's CIS status feed the platform automatically or on upload.
Agents work the job
Pricing, tender matching, compliance tracking and job updates all run against the same job record, from quote through to completion.
A human approves
The builder reviews the priced quote and the tender response before either goes out — nothing is submitted or sent on their behalf.
Evidence is kept
Every rate, every compliance check and every job update is timestamped against the job, so the builder can show their working if a customer or a regulator asks.

Proof

Construction OS assembles parts already live on ATTOH.tech:

  • BOQ Pricer — pricing against a 161-element rate card with CSV export
  • TradesBrief — Building Safety Act, MCS, CDM and CITB deadline tracking, with Companies House checks and IR35 status, five parts live today
  • Supreme Building Services — the system running tender discovery, quantities taken off the drawing, and an estimator-confirmed itemised quote, in production today

Who it's for

UK builders and building firms currently pricing jobs in one tool, chasing tenders in another, tracking CIS compliance by memory or phone call, and running the job itself over WhatsApp with nothing joined back to the office record.

FAQs

Does a quote or tender response go out automatically?
No. The builder reviews and approves every priced quote and every tender response before it's sent or submitted.
Who owns the job and customer data?
The building firm. Nothing is shared with subcontractors, suppliers or tender bodies beyond what the builder chooses to submit.
How does onboarding work?
Join the waiting list below. In the meantime, the BOQ Pricer and TradesBrief are live individually — see Proof above — so a builder can start pricing and tracking compliance today.
Does it integrate with accounting or CIS filing software?
Job and compliance data can be exported for use with existing accounting and CIS filing tools; direct integration is part of what opens as the platform comes off the waiting list.
What's actually live versus waitlist?
BOQ pricing, TradesBrief's compliance tracking and the Supreme Building Services tender-to-quote system are live today. The single assembled Construction OS surface connecting all of it to one job record is what the waiting list is for.
