Standalone Apps

Fitness OS

One Expo/React Native codebase running eight branded fitness personas, with a landing page, lead-capture API and lead table layered on top for a public funnel — built as a real product for a working fitness content and coaching business, not a demo.

Waiting list

The public multi-tenant version is not open yet. The app and its first persona are built. Tell us you want in and you are first in line.

Positioning

A fitness coach who builds a following runs a content business and a client business on the same phone, usually badly. Content lives in one app, DMs and lead capture live in Instagram, coaching plans live in a spreadsheet or a third tool, and none of it reconciles into one place the coach can actually run the business from. Fitness OS started as one answer to that: a single codebase that can carry a branded persona — its own name, its own voice, its own consumer app — while the lead capture, the landing page and the content engine underneath stay shared and maintained once.

What it does

The parts of a fitness content business, in one build

01
Branded persona app
Each persona is its own consumer-facing brand and app variant, not a re-skin hidden inside a menu — Fit Gym Mum is the first, built and shipped on the shared codebase.
02
Content engine
Runs the content a coach would otherwise write persona-by-persona by hand, so the voice stays consistent across every branded variant without multiplying the workload per persona.
03
Landing page + lead capture
A public landing page and lead-capture API sit in front of the app, writing every enquiry into a shared lead table instead of a DM inbox that gets missed.
04
One codebase, many faces
Built on Expo/React Native so a new branded persona ships as configuration on the existing app rather than a new build from scratch.

Outcomes

Scoped against what a growing coaching business would otherwise have to hire or stitch together by hand:

The content writer maintaining brand voice
Consistent output across every branded persona instead of one person authoring each variant separately.
The DM inbox nobody keeps on top of
Every enquiry lands in a lead table the coach can actually work, not a scroll of unread messages.
The developer for every new persona brand
A new branded app variant is configuration on the shared build, not a commissioned rebuild.

How it works

Data in
The coach's own content, offers and client detail set up the persona; the landing page and app collect enquiries from there on.
The content engine runs
Persona-appropriate content is produced against the shared engine, keeping voice and output consistent without per-persona manual authoring.
A human approves
Content and client-facing messages are reviewed before anything publishes or sends — the coach stays the final check on their own brand.
Leads land in one table
Every capture from the landing page and app writes to the same lead table, so nothing is chased manually across separate tools.

Proof

Fitness OS is not a concept page. The first persona is built and live: Fit Gym Mum — "30 minutes. Dumbbells. Done." — a standalone consumer-facing brand running on the shared codebase, confirmed by Craig as its own product rather than only an internal content skin. The gym-facing generalisation of the same engine is tracked separately as Gym App OS.

Who it's for

Independent fitness coaches and content-led trainers who are already building an audience and need the content, the landing page and the lead capture to run as one product instead of three disconnected tools — and studios weighing whether to launch a second branded persona without commissioning a second app.

FAQs

Is this a gym booking or payments app?
No. Fitness OS is the content, persona and lead-capture layer. Booking, class scheduling and payments are handled by the separate Gym App OS track, kept deliberately apart so each does one job well.
Who owns the content and the persona brand?
The coach. The branded persona — its name, its voice, its audience — belongs to the business running it; the shared codebase underneath is what ATTOH.tech maintains once for every persona built on it.
Does content publish automatically?
No. The engine produces persona-appropriate content; a human reviews and approves before anything goes out under the coach's name.
How does onboarding work?
Join the waiting list below. Onboarding sets up the coach's branded persona on the shared codebase, connects the landing page and lead capture, and hands over a working app rather than a spec to build from.
Can I launch more than one branded persona?
Yes — that is the point of the shared codebase. A second persona is a new configuration on the existing build, the model already proven by Fit Gym Mum.
